 COMPACT DESIGN

The EASYSTACK MODULAR 3 pass wet back boiler with pressurised combustion chamber is designed to allow the first and second passes of gas to be made within the chamber. The vertically stacked design offers obvious space saving and greater flexibility/turndown ratio. There is also  the facility to isolate individual boilers within modular arrangement.

BOILER MAINTENANCE

The oil or gas burner supplied is mounted on a firing door, which is insulated together with a refractory lining and seal on the inside of the boiler. In addition, a hinged door is provided at the front of the boiler for access to the third pass, together with an inspection plate at the rear of the boiler. Dual left/right hand opening supplied as standard.

 QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY

Units, insulated to the relevant British Standards, are working under pressurised combustion overcoming light-up or cold start resistance. Each boiler is constructed from boiler quality steel plates and complies to all the relevant International, British and Ministry standards. Quality has been assessed by BSI Quality Assurance Service to BS5750, certificate No. FM1566.
