SPECIFICATION S.1

Boiler body, complete with twin heat exchangers (second stage finned tube for additional surface area), down draught diverter, drain cock vent tapping, combustion cover door and enameled easing, finished Hammer Blue (BS4800) any other BS colour on request. Boiler supplied complete with gas burner, electric igniter, electronic control box, solenoid valves and drain cock. Substantially insulated up to 10Omm and/or to appropriate British Standard and Military Spec. Controls include gas governor, high limit and operating thermostat to comply to British Gas and relevant International Requirements, Electrical supply 230 volt AC single phase. Boilers can be supplied as multi-units, being separately flued. Flame failure is, by way of electric flame rectification, ignition is automatic from switch on. The shutdown of burner caused by name failure is immediate. High/low modulating controls can be supplied as an optional extra. Also available, an Electronic temperature controller, combining operating and limit function complete with type K Thermocouple located in common flow header.

SPECIFICATION S.2

All as S.1 but offered to meet relevant M & E 3 specifications with following mountings supplied: Nationally enclosed spring loaded safety valves; Altitude gauge and Thermometer.

SPECIFICATION S.5

Comprehensive boiler to any of the above specifications complete with circulating pump or shunt pump and all interconnecting pipe work, valves and fittings. Details on request.

SPECIFICATION S.6

Boilers supplied to any of the above specifications as combination units complete with hot water cylinders. Details on request.

COMPACT DESIGN

Greatly reduced height for low headroom projects. Complete range will go through standard doorway.

EASE OF MAINTENANCE

Boiler flue cleaning is from top of boiler, sweeping through unrestricted flueways. Compact design means boilers will fit into confined spaces.

QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY

Units manufactured from Boiler Quality Plate insulated to the relevant British Standard. Quality has been assessed by BSI Quality Assurance Service to BS5750, Certificate No. EM 1566. Simple flexible system is achieved, giving good turndown ratios of temperature requirements. The system can be controlled by either a step sequence control or by individual thermostats, wired into energy control management system.

NH200-NH600 flow and return connections BSP Female Sockets.

NH800-NH1500 flow and return flanged connections. All flue connections are collars to take Spigot end of standard flue pipe. Gas pressure at inlet all models 11.2 mbar.
