SPECIFICATION S.1Standard
boiler burner unit supplied with fitted connections and enameled easing
finished hammer blue BS4800, any other BS colour supplied on request. Boilers
are supplied complete with gas, oil, or dual fuel burners incorporating all
burner controls to relevant British Standards. An operating and high limit
immersion thermostat is supplied as standard pre-wired. (High/low
thermostat provided as appropriate). Boiler components include: combustion cover
door; drain cock and insulation fitted up to 1 0Omm and/or to the relevant
British Standard. Single phase electrical supply up to Model NWI 1, 3 phase
supply on Model NW 12 and above. Other voltages on request. An Electronic temperature controller, combining operating and limit
function complete with type K Thermo couple located in common flow header can be
supplied as an optional extra.
SPECIFICATION S.2All
as S. 1 but offered to meet relevant Ministry specifications, with particular
reference to M & E 3. The following additional mounting are included:
nationally enclosed spring‑loaded safety valve; altitude gauge and

as S.2 plus hinged door and sight glass. SPECIFICATION S.4Boiler
only otherwise all as S. 1, supplied with casing and boiler front plate to suit
burners being supplied by customer. SPECIFICATION S.5Comprehensive
boiler to any of the above specifications complete with mixing shunt pump and
all interconnecting pipe work, valves and fittings. Details on request. SPECIFICATION S.6Boilers
supplied to any of the above specifications as combination units complete with
hot water cylinders. Details on request. COMPACT DESIGNEfficient
forced draught combustion cuts chimney size to a minimum. Complete range will go
through standard doorway and it is ideal for plant replacement or new projects
wherever space or access is a problem. QUALITY AND EFFICIENCYUnits manufactured from Boiler Quality Plate insulated to the relevant British Standard. Quality has been assessed by BSI Quality Assurance Service to BS5750, Certificate No. FM1566. With matched burner no refractory lining is required due to unique design of combustion chamber. The water‑cooled base removes the need for expensive boiler house foundations. Flue cleaning is from the top of the boiler, sweeping through unrestricted flueways. TablesMinimum static head all models three metres. Minimum
clearance: at front for burner projection; at rear for pipe work only; at sides
no clearance necessary. Please contact

Gas rates are based on gross cal. value of 38.7 mj/m3 Gas
pressure at inlet on all models 17.5 mbar. NW1-NW5 flow and return
connections BSP. Female Sockets. NW6-NW15 flow and return connections
flanged to BS.4504. Table 6/5. All flue connections are collars to take the Spigot end of standard flue pipe.
